To improve our services we provide the information necessary for the correct operation of the centre.
GROUP CLASSES:
Payment is at the beginning of each month. In case of absence from any class, you will still be charged. Likewise, if you know you will be absent from class for a period of time, we ask you to inform us to keep your place. Missed classes of students in group courses, either being due to holiday or personal choice cannot be regained. If you want to completely drop the classes, you must inform us before the 25th to give us notice; otherwise, the following month will be charged for.
PRIVATE CLASSES:
Payment is at the beginning of each month. In the case that you cannot attend a class we ask you to inform us as soon as possible to let the teacher know. Private classes can only be cancelled or changed 24 hours beforehand. If the cancelation comes too late, the class will be charged for. Any class cancelation can be rearranged for the same month, whenever it has been arranged in advance.
SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES:
Payment is at the beginning of each month. If you cannot attend the class we ask you to inform us in advance. It is only discounted is all the student cancel the class with 24 hours notice, is one or two students attend the class, all the students pay for a normal class, the amount cannot be discounted for whoever cannot make any day.
PUNCTUALITY:
For a smooth running of the classes, punctuality is requested, given that the teacher only has the obligation to wait 20 minutes for students.
